Solutions Consultancy Develops the Organizational Structure and Operating Model for the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Two Holy Mosques

Solutions Consultancy implemented a project to design and establish the proposed organizational structure and operating model for the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, as part of efforts to enhance institutional development and improve organizational performance efficiency.

The company’s scope of work included developing the organizational structure, designing the operating model, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing governance mechanisms and integration across organizational units. This supports clarity of authority and contributes to improved operational efficiency and the quality of institutional outputs.

The proposed organizational structure was presented to His Excellency the President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, within the framework of the Presidency’s strategic direction to advance institutional operations and elevate the religious services provided at the Two Holy Mosques.
